Five Elements Academy Jiu-Jitsu Lisbon (Matrix)

We were in town for a tournament and we came by to check out this gym. They were so welcoming and friendly. The facilities were so nice and clean. The atmosphere was top notch. We will be training here whenever we are in town highly recommended. Thanks forth hospitality.

This is an amazing place. We visited here from the United States and the chief instructor, Helio, made my sons’ experience awesome. He communicated with me in advance of our trip and provided all the necessary details.The class instruction was structured, focused, and clear; and the students made my sons feel very welcome. It was a really positive environment and they new techniques. My sons told me they want to go back already! THANK YOU!

I am happy to find Five Elements Academy in Lisbon. As for me, it is the best place in the best city 🫶🏼 From the get-go, I was struck by the youthful energy of the children walking out from their training sessions. After my own training, I felt rejuvenated and as happy as a child receiving a treasured gift. Evening training was both educational and uplifting, boosting my dopamine levels after productive rollings. We are out here for IBJJF Kids Euros. We landed and immediately wanted to find a solid place to train and get some work. Sent 5 Elements a message and immediately responded to come over. Showed up and were welcomed immediately and treated like we were students at their school. My son Hunter trained for 2 hours with other top ranked world kids and all the parents were excited. The Professor event let the class go over so kids could get extra work. Thanks so much and we’ll be back next year as well if Euros is still in Portugal. OSS! 👍🏻
