a week agoThe kebab was very good by Lisbon standards; in Italy, it would be considered average. Service wasn't the best; yesterday, the employee made me a kebab with a sauce I didn't want. When I called and it was all there was, instead of changing the bun, he put the sauces I wanted on top. Suppose I had had some kind of allergy, I wouldn't have been able to eat that kebab I'd already paid for. Furthermore, at the end of the meal, he demanded a euro if I didn't put the tray back in its place. Besides, you have to point this out, and I didn't see it. Secondly, in any restaurant, the staff is paid to clean up dirty items. Finally, in my opinion, he also teased me with phrases like "Thank you" or "Let's put ketchup on top." I don't think I'll ever go there again.

2 months agoIf your hours say open until 3 a.m., then BE OPEN UNTIL 3 A.M. Don’t slam the shutters down at 2:07 like it’s some favor you’re doing us by existing. This isn’t just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful. Hungry, tired, and walking across the city just to find the doors locked while your Google listing glows with “Open Now”? Pathetic.Late-night food isn’t about gourmet service — it’s about reliability. And you’ve failed at the one job that keeps a kebab shop relevant at 2 in the morning.If you’re gonna lie about your hours, at least have the guts to say you’re closed — don’t make people hike over at 2 a.m. hoping for food, only to get ghosted.Shut it down or shape up. This city has too many good kebab joints to waste time on one that can’t even keep its damn promise
