Five Elements Academy Jiu-Jitsu Lisbon (Matrix)

Attended No Gi training, small class. Really friendly environment, all classmates are very helpful. Learned some cool stuffs, and had really fun rolls!

I attend the academy and met José, he was lovely and welcoming and gave me a private class as there was no one else in attendance. It was a treat. Next time I'm in Lisbon I"l be sure to pay another visit. Thanks for the time and attention. Much appreciated

I am happy to find Five Elements Academy in Lisbon. As for me, it is the best place in the best city 🫶🏼 From the get-go, I was struck by the youthful energy of the children walking out from their training sessions. After my own training, I felt rejuvenated and as happy as a child receiving a treasured gift. Evening training was both educational and uplifting, boosting my dopamine levels after productive rollings. A big thank you for making this the best Monday I’ve spent in Lisbon🏼 Muito obrigado 🤙🏼Looking forward to returning soon!

We are out here for IBJJF Kids Euros. We landed and immediately wanted to find a solid place to train and get some work. Sent 5 Elements a message and immediately responded to come over. Showed up and were welcomed immediately and treated like we were students at their school. My son Hunter trained for 2 hours with other top ranked world kids and all the parents were excited. The Professor event let the class go over so kids could get extra work. Thanks so much and we’ll be back next year as well if Euros is still in Portugal. OSS! 👍🏻

I visited Five Elements today from the United States along with several friends. We had a private group Jui jitsu lesson scheduled with Hélio and another of his students. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The class itself was amazing. Everyone enjoyed learning new techniques, as well as rolling with the coaches. Great workout, everyone from Five Elements was incredibly friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Great job Hélio and Five Elements, we hope to visit again someday.
